Hotel BOOKING

For our international guests (customers, clients, investors, solution partners), we can provide complete travel arrangements, such as hotel booking at corporate rates, airport pick-up/drops, car-rentals with professional drivers, sightseeing (inside/outside Istanbul) tours, providing guides that are proficient in the native language of the customers.

IBC have contracts with a wide range of hotels in Istanbul and surrounding cities. The prices in our database are competitive rates which are significanty cheaper than the prices offered upon online booking and those offered at the hotel lobbies. The hotels in our database are 4* or 5* hotels only. They are selected based on previous customer feedback. However, we can also book other options if they are required

IBC can book 5*, 4, or 3* hotels at competitive corporate rates for participants. Please contact us for available options (hotel names, location, single/double/triple rates, etc)

Transport Arrangements

Trainees are welcomed at the airport by our transport/travel representatives. Transfer/transport to their hotel is arranged. Upon request, we can provide private luxury coaches or minivans with drivers that can speak Arabic and/or English to better facilitate their sightseeing experience.

Delegates are provided with essential information (logistic & local transportation orientation, maps, emergency numbers) 

Tour Programs

IBC arranges various tour packages that are customized for the demand, background and comfort of the customers. With years of experience in tourism sector, we ensure that the trainees can truly enjoy their stay in Turkey.

Guides that are proficient in the native language can be arranged upon request. The destinations can be determined based on preference.

Given the advancement of the local health sector, medical oriented tourism is also offered with relevant consultancy by experts.
